Our Story
Making Every Little Day a Stylish Adventure – The Pipp & Lola Way
Founded in 2024, Pipp & Lola was born from a simple belief: that baby clothing should be just as beautiful and unique as the little humans wearing it — without sacrificing comfort or affordability. As mums ourselves, we understand how hard it is to find baby outfits that tick all the boxes: soft, stylish, practical, and thoughtfully made. So we decided to create it.
What began as a passion for curated baby fashion quickly grew into a go-to destination for thousands of Aussie parents looking for on-trend baby clothes with a boutique feel (but not the boutique price tag). From everyday essentials to gift-worthy pieces, every item is handpicked with love, with your baby’s comfort and style at heart.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Pipp & Lola currently ships Australia-wide, delivering to metro, regional and rural areas in all states and territories. No matter where you’re located, we’ll do our best to get your order to your doorstep with care.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re always reviewing our options and hope to expand in the future. If you have any questions about your location or delivery options, feel free to get in touch, we’re here to help. 💛
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
At Pipp & Lola, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. We know that sometimes you may need something a little sooner. If your order is time-sensitive or needed urgently, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll always do our best to assist you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and link. Simply click the link to see real-time updates as your parcel makes its way to you.

MY TRACKING ISN'T WORKING
Thanks for checking in about your tracking!
Sometimes your tracking number may take a couple of days to update after your order has been dispatched. If no tracking details are showing just yet, we recommend checking again in a day or two — it's perfectly normal early in the shipping process.
In some cases, we use a courier service to deliver your parcel to the nearest major hub, and then Australia Post completes the final leg of delivery. During this time, tracking on the AusPost website may simply say “Ready for processing” until the handover is complete.
You can follow your parcel's full journey once your dispatch email comes through and of course, if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help. 💛
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
At Pipp & Lola, we offer flat-rate standard shipping Australia-wide for $9.95. Orders over $75 automatically qualify for free shipping, no code needed!

MY PARCEL HAS RETURNED TO SENDER
At Pipp & Lola, we understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel goes missing. If your order is lost in transit and the correct shipping address was provided at checkout, we kindly ask for your patience while an investigation is carried out by the courier (e.g. Australia Post). A store credit or replacement can only be issued once the parcel is officially declared lost.
Please note: We are unable to take responsibility for parcels that are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make every effort to correct it before dispatch.
